How to start a return
Email info@mmtradersllc.com with your order number and a short note on the problem. For damage, attach photos of the packaging and the book. We will confirm the next step before anything is posted back to MM TRADERS LLC, 362 Point Return Dr Apt A, Manchester, MO 63021, United States.
Damaged or incorrect books
If we sent the wrong title, or the book arrived damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full, including the original postage, and we cover the return.
Change of mind
You can cancel most unused books within 14 days of receiving them. The book must be unread and in a condition we can sell again.
For a change of mind, return postage is yours to pay unless we agree otherwise. Once the book is back and checked, we refund the item price to your original payment method.
What we cannot take back
- Books that have been written in, stained, or clearly read and handled
- Items returned without a confirmed return from us
- Orders reported more than 14 days after delivery, except where the book is faulty
Faulty items
If a book is faulty, tell us as soon as you notice the fault and we will repair, replace, or refund as applicable law requires.
When the money comes back
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and checking the return, or of agreeing a refund without a return.
