3. Using the website
You must be 18 or over to place an order, or have a parent or guardian’s permission. You agree not to misuse the site.
4. Orders
When you check out, you offer to buy the books in your basket. We accept by sending a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot complete the order, we refund any amount already taken.
5. Price and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless we say otherwise. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payment is taken through Shopify’s checkout.
6. Availability and descriptions
Images and descriptions are a guide. If a detail is wrong in a way that would matter to a reasonable buyer, tell us and we will follow the refund policy.
7. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United States. Dispatch times, USPS tracked services, and free delivery over $30 are set out in the shipping policy.
8. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel unused books within 14 days of delivery as set out in the refund policy. Email us before you post anything back.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that Missouri or federal law does not allow us to limit.
10. Intellectual property
The MM Traders name, site design, and original content belong to us or our licensors.
11. Changes
The version that applies to an order is the version on this page when you place that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
