How we send books
MM Traders LLC dispatches from 362 Point Return Dr Apt A, Manchester, MO 63021. We currently deliver within the United States. Every order is packed as a book should be: protected, labelled, and sent with tracking so you can see where it is.
Processing times
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm CT are packed the same working day when the title is in stock. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends, or on US public holidays go out on the next working day.
US delivery
We use USPS tracked shipping for addresses in the United States. Once USPS has the parcel, most deliveries arrive within three to five business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the order leaves us.
Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories
These addresses still go out with tracked USPS services, but extra transit time is common. Allow up to ten business days after dispatch. If a remote address needs a different service, email us before you order.
Postage costs
- US orders of $30 or more include free tracked delivery
- Orders under $30 show the tracked postage amount at checkout
- There are no hidden handling fees after you pay
Tracking and failed delivery
If nobody is in, USPS will usually leave a notice or take the parcel to a local collection point. Check the tracking email before you write to us — most “missing” books are waiting nearby.
Delays
Weather, local USPS disruption, and peak weeks (especially November and December) can add time. If tracking has not moved for five working days after dispatch, email info@mmtradersllc.com with your order number and we will chase it.
Damage in transit
If a book arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos of the packaging and the book. We will arrange a replacement or a refund under our refund policy.
International orders
We do not currently offer a standard international service. If you need a title sent outside the United States, email us first and we will tell you whether we can help.
